David Bowie in his first band the Kon-Rads

This color photo features David Bowie posed with a drum and a saxophone for "The Konrads". Bowie formed his first band, the Konrads, in 1962 at the age of 15. Playing guitar-based rock and roll at local youth gatherings and weddings where the Konrads had a varying line-up of between four and eight members. This is a limited edition fine art print of the original slide.
